Immigration Assessments

I have provided comprehensive assessments and therapy to thousands of individuals struggling with a wide range of emotional, mental health, and health concerns, including for individuals going through the immigration process.

My assessments are tailored to each person's situation, bringing to life their stories, hardships, and relationships, with authenticity and compelling details, thus giving strength to their immigration case.

Following two sessions with the client, each lasting approximately 1.5 hours, I deliver a comprehensive written report, typically about 15-20 pages. Throughout our meetings, I evaluate the psychological, physical, financial, spiritual and emotional impact as relevant to each type of legal case.

Clarifying the psychological factors contributing to why a client missed the one-year filing deadline; and detailing how the impact of their traumatic experiences provide evidence of the persecution they suffered.

Establishing the unique factors that contribute to a client's psychological suffering, such as: illness, disability, professional, financial, or academic hardships; or adverse home-country conditions that would negatively impact the petitioner or members of their family.
